Hi, we are Dan, Franki and Jack; Friends, coworkers, nature and community enthusiasts. We started 37 trees to bring international investors luxurious living, high yield ROIs, and new adventures in an untouched part of the world; All while helping local communities and the environment. We have a passion for immersing people into new cultures and simultaneously supporting local businesses and communities that are the lifeblood of beautiful places like this. Most importantly, we’re here to help you make a smart investment for you, and your family’s future.
We work with premium real estate developers with over 40 years of experience to deliver high quality properties in the paradise of Belize. We take on the hard work for you, so you can sit back, relax and watch your dream-home come to life.
Franki leads our sales team and will often be your first point of contact. She will take you through all our property options to find the best fit for YOU whether that’s a beachfront investment, or your new jungle home. Dan works hands-on with our team on the ground and abroad as the CEO of 37 trees. He has called Belize home for nearly four years now and frequently visits these properties so you always have eyes and ears here, even when you’re miles away. Jack, along with our group of passionate investors, keeps 37 trees running smoothly with their priceless guidance, help and direction.
